The brothers Sebastian Salawa and Grzegorz Salawa, who both works for StS-ISONOR, have just taken the exam as skilled insulators and passed- Congratulations😊
They are actually 3 brothers who work with us. The third brother is Rafal Salawa who also work as an insulator. They’ve even been working on the same project at the same time!
We encourage all our employees who do not already have a certificate to take a trade test in at least one subject. This is how we build expertise that provides flexibility in the projects and, not least, the working days become more versatile.
Skills development in general contributes to the industry having access to qualified labour now and in the future. This is important for the competitiveness of the company and our employees.:)
