This surface treatment method means that we use a laser beam with a power of up to 2000W to remove the layer on the surface. The power is concentrated on a small surface and creates a very high energy density.

Laser Technology

The laser technology removes surface coatings, rust, salt and other impurities with the very powerful laser beam. The method is environmentally friendly, safe to use, gentle and disinfectant for all surfaces, no chemicals or sandblasting is required.

The result

Laser is dry and clean, leaving minimal secondary waste. The result is a perfect surface that has been treated and prepared for further processing and is particularly suitable for cleaning surfaces that make high demands on cleanliness.

Area of use

Can be used to remove a wide range of materials such as heavy metals, paint, corrosion, lubricants and industrial compounds.

Our experience so far

Our experience with the equipment: Typically used where mechanical pretreatment etc. sandblasting is not an option, and in areas that are particularly sensitive to dust and dirt.

We are in a test phase for testing the equipment within various areas of use.

We are also looking at the possibility of using the technology in classified areas, then together with our habitat solutions.

Low noise and low vibration provide a positive HSE effect, and result in more continuous operation.
